X2MD provides document-to-Markdown conversion services online and via a downloadable desktop application. Online services are currently provided for free, while the desktop application may require a paid license key for full functionality.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for any documents you upload and must ensure you have the right to process such content.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is the property of X2MD. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service according to your plan.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the conversion will be 100% accurate for all file types or structures.

6. Limitation of Liability

X2MD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
